Return Policy

The item will be accepted for return after the User contacts the Avonshop.ph customer service email at hello@avonshop.ph and it is agreed upon by the User and the Service that item can indeed be returned. Further steps will be discussed by the Customer Support.


Shipping and Delivery

Upon placing your order with us, you can expect your package to arrive at your doorstep at these times:

Metro Manila: 2-3 business days after order processing
Provincial areas: within 5-7 business days after order processing

Please note that order processing and delivery is subject to the following operating hours:

Order Processing/Fulfillment: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (excluding holidays)
Delivery: Mondays-Fridays, 9am-6pm (excluding holidays)
